PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTION

• Discovery Month:
  Start with one month, then commit for long term. Use the discovery month to gauge your child's interest and comfort with the teacher. It also helps us understand your child better.

• Subscribe:
  After a successful discovery month you can subscribe to the program. Recharge your wallet, and your classes will be auto-booked after the 27th of every month.

• Admission Fees:
  During your first subscription, a one-time admission fee of Rs 5,000 is applicable per family (this is not applicable if you have already subscribed to a category before June, 2024).

• Change Timings:
  If the class timings aren't working, you can switch to a different batch anytime.

• Make-up Classes:
  You can book a makeup class anytime within 2 months of a cancelled class, as long as you are subscribed to the category.

• Regular Classes are Best:
  We encourage kids to attend all classes regularly. While make-up classes are available as a backup, they may not provide the same enriching environment and the timings may not always suit you.

OPENHOUSE WALLET

• Auto-booking:
  After the 27th of every month, coins are deducted from your wallet to book the next month's classes.

• Low Balance:
  We will send you a recharge notification in case your balance is low. Recharge by the 27th to ensure you don't lose your slot.

• Minimum Recharge:
  You can recharge for any amount equal to or above 18,000. Discounts are available on higher recharges.

• Coin Validity:
  Coins are valid for 1 year but, every time you recharge the validity increases to a year after the purchase.

• No Coin Refunds:
  Coins in a wallet cannot be encashed, you can use the coins in any of the various classes and workshops hosted by us or transfer it to a friend.

• Transfer:
  Wallet can only be transferred once, and partial coin transfers are not allowed. A nominal transfer fee is applicable.

PAUSING AND TERMINATION

• Pausing Subscription:
  If you are unable to attend multiple classes, you can pause for a month. This ensures you do not lose your slot when you come back after a month.

• Pausing in Advance:
  If you pause for a future month, your coins will not be deducted for that month.

• Mid-month Pause:
  If you want to pause classes for the month where classes are already booked, then coins worth 50% of the remaining classes will be credited back to your wallet.

• Make-up Classes:
  You can also choose to cancel the classes you cannot attend and book makeup classes against them, no extra coins are deducted for this.

• Unsubscribe:
  If for any reason things aren't working out, you can unsubscribe to ensure your classes don't get auto-booked the next month. Unsubscribing in the middle of the month is not allowed.

• Workshops and Discovery:
  Workshops and discovery classes cannot be terminated and refunds will not be provided once booked. This is because materials are arranged and teachers allocate their time in advance.
