Not mandatory for Assistant Teacher or Co-ordinator but mandatory for Centre Directors and Preschool Teachers.
💬 What’s the interview process like?
Application form → A short phone call → Video interview → In-person interview at the office/ visit to our learning centre → Final offer!
🕦 What are the working hours?
Full-time roles are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays for Preschool Teachers and Assistant Teachers.

Yes! We offer regular training and support throughout the year.

Openhouse was founded in 2018 by Stanford graduates Yash and Akshay, to reimagine how learning could evolve at a neighborhood level in India.
Over the past six years, Openhouse has grown into a warm and thriving community of 200+ passionate educators across 10 learning centres in Bangalore and Kolkata.
Backed by a team of learning experts from MIT, Harvard, and leading institutes in India, we've crafted a play-based approach that puts joy, curiosity, and creativity at the center of early childhood education. As a modern-day preschool startup, we’re building spaces that feel like second homes — with thoughtfully designed environments, a strong pedagogical foundation, and empowered educators leading the way.
